SHIPMENT & DELIVERY POLICY

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

II. Shipping Duration

Our estimated shipping time for most international orders is 3 to 12 business days. Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier transit issues which are beyond our control.

III. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

IV. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 48 hours.

V. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

zentog.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
